We are a hunting family that love our dogs and have had the opportunity to mentor under Coppershot Griffons for six years. I am an Environmental Education Coordinator in northwest Iowa. Through my career, I am blessed to be a Hunter Education Instructor/shotgun coach and coordinate events such as our local Pheasants Forever Youth Hunt. I learned early on that WPGs are just what I was looking for in mentoring youth and having a versatile hunting companion and family dog. They are easy to train and want to please their person, and are naturally close working and in tune with me in the field. We are raising our children to be dog trainers, be responsible for chores associated with the pups, and help with socialization. 

Sunday Best Griffons, LLC:

• registers litters with NAVHDA and AKC 

• tests dams for hips, elbows, and K locus test(important for coat color)

• adults have Natural Ability titles with NAVHDA and Junior Hunter titles with AKC

• pride ourselves on communication, pictures, always being available for future pup questions, and1st year birthday card

• do not fly our pups, and conducts a phone interview and deposit list one year ahead of time

• places our pups based on puppy aptitude test and buyers' top 3-4 picks (videos sent and open to visits at 6 weeks of age)

• pups go home at 8 weeks of age, microchipped, tails docked to 2/3 tail length, shots, wormed, sound conditioned, intro to water, bird introduction, socialized with kids and dogs

• have a 72 hour health guarantee, breeders agreement for up to 24 months of age

• will refund deposits not filled (due to pup numbers) OR buyers have the choice to stay on our list for the next breeding

We are looking for homes that intend to be active in the outdoors with their dogs, and have them live indoors with the family.  Nothing makes us happier than hearing from our new puppy families on how they are progressing.
